As a member of a different organization, Fiji is definitely a top tier fraternity respective to Tennessee Tech. Most of their guys are genuinely friendly and cool with most people. They have their moments as does every fraternity, but in general they are a solid group of guys. They also have very strong, positive relationships with the sororities and Tech as a whole. However, after many years of being top notch, they may be on a slight decline in quality. Some of their newer members are a little quirky, and their dominance is seemingly less than it once was. All in all, a great fraternity though, and one I would recommend checking out during rush.

Take my rating of KA as a middle tier fraternity with a grain of salt. They are more in a rebuild phase right now than anything after years of being universally known as the tiny fraternity with absolutely no relevance. Their numbers and quality is improving with each semester, but if you are looking for a legitimate Greek experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. That being said, they are (as far as I know) very friendly and respectful guys who try their hardest on campus. Best of luck to them in the years ahead.

Completely irrelevant on campus. Mostly cool guys that are fun to hang out with, but if you are wanting anything resembling a Greek life experience, this is not the place to rush. They unfortunately probably won’t be on campus for much longer, have a microscopic chapter size, and are more of an agriculture major club that parties than a fraternity. Again, I like their brothers, but definitely not a recommended chapter to rush.

Phi Delt is, in a nutshell, completely irrelevant on campus. I’ve had some buddies that were brothers here, but overall they have next to nothing to offer besides a close brotherhood due to small size.

These guys are pretty much the biggest fraternity on campus. That being said, their reputation is not too hot right now. They are highly prone to starting serious drama with other organizations and have somewhat controversial relationships with the sororities on campus as of late. Some of their guys are awesome, while others are absolute bad seeds. Their house is by far the best on campus, but with their recent behavior, their future on campus at all is questionable. For the good guys within Kappa Sig, I hope they are able to change the direction of the chapter, but only time will tell whether or not that will happen. Lastly, they most definitely are known to give bids to almost anyone, but if they wish to grow a better name for themselves, they will have to find better ways to select and mentor their new members.

I miss these guys every day. As a chapter, they went through a very hard time and got handed the short end of the stick. Overall a great group of guys that care about one another. All of the things you read about in the news is not completely accurate.

Fun group of guys who are really fun to hang out with, used to be not as great but they've changed with their recent pledge classes

Phi Mu is an overall good sorority on campus. Although I decided to join another sorority the sisters of this chapter seem to be very well connected and friendly. I wish that our chapter had a close sisterhood like Phi Mu.
