ranking physical houses
by: HousesI was wondering if somebody could provide a reasonable ranking of the physical fraternity houses (especially pro-active freshmen who have recently toured a lot of them). It doesn't matter who is living in them, I'm just interested in how the houses for their architectural "coolness" would be lain out. Mostly curious about the fraternities, but if you have a good idea of sororities please feel free to chip that in as well.

Phi Delt has the most interesting interior colors and finishes. They must of had a designer with a flair for color and style. I'm sure he works on the top sororities as well.
TKE's building is a frat machine. All the parts are there and they are open and ready to be fratrified nightly. Somebody knew what they were doing on TKE. Too bad the house is filled with creepers and try-hards

you mean SAE's house that they're just renting for two years until SAE comes back...okay

Clearly TKE has the only real functional frat house. Designed and built for parties unlike most others that adjust themselves parties. I haven't seen it but I heard they have a secret elevator that goes to member only party space. I don't know if it's true but if anyone has it, they do.
