I will just do all the rankings by tier.
TOP: Phi Psi, TKE, Sig Chi, Lambda
UPPER MID: Sig Nu, ZBT, FIJI
MIDDLE (some slightly better some slightly worse): Aepi, Beta, Pi Kapp, Phi Sig, Phi Delt
LOWER MIDDLE: Kappa Sig, Theta Xi, DTD
BOTTOM: Theta Chi, Kappa Alpha Order

Lower Middle:

Phi Sig
DTD (MAYBE--I like the freshman and the new house. Could also be top of the bottom, but they're rising)
Bottom:
Theta Xi,
AEPi (your house sucks, your guys are creepy, and you can't throw parties. Wtf do you want me to say??)
Irrelevant:
Theta Chi
Kappa Alpha Order
^I think this tier needs to be a thing, I literally couldn't tell you where their houses are.
