Is it true that Phi Psi, Sigma Chi, Lambda, TKE, AEPi, and Sig Nu are all on social probation and can only have a limited amount of parties throughout the semester?

AEPi's done completely (but some other frats are letting them hold joint parties at there houses), Sigma Chi i'm pretty is done (because of the Rini thing), TKE I'm pretty sure as well (for the soccer player maybe?), the rest I'm not sure. FIJI's in trouble too.
