Sig Chi hasn't done crap this year, I don't know why they're top. Switch Sammy and Phi Delt. Theta Chi doesn't even deserve to be considered bottom, maybe if you split the bottom tier to make a bottom's bottom.

What on earth makes you think Theta Chi is lower middle? Most people couldn't tell you where their house is if they tried, let alone name a party. Wtf they're the single most irrelevant house.
