middle frat stereotypes

ZBT: self rankers on greekrank, but a bunch of regular chill dudes who play a lot of basketball and snappa
Fiji: lowkey shady, but Icelander was a lot of fun.
Beta: good dudes but honestly they are seriously hurt by the fact that they are not on the row
Phi Delt: nice venue, a lot of sweet guys, but nobody that's super fun

I think what it's missing is the sense of not caring about GR. Maybe if Sig Nu ^ would stop set ranking so much they could get out the middle tier

Sig Nu: very cool house, boring parties. More facey kids but less fun
FIJI: party very hard, lame house, lots of $$ international wealth
ZBT: horrible house for parties but a good group of guys, good relations with sororities
Idk which other houses you consider middle tier

Pike and Pi Kapp are completely irrelevant. Sigma Nu on the other hand is unique, it is much better than every middle tier house but something is missing right now for it to become a top tier, we'll see what happens.
