best bedrooms, bathrooms & living rooms

Instead of ranking the subjective hotness of girls in each house; why don't we rank the subjective best-ness of each house's rooms and amenities? Throw in the facade architecture as well for those who are obsessed with facey-shallowness.

True both houses are gorg. But the only big difference is that is kappa a lot of girls can live in one room (up to like 8 or 10) but it seemed like in pi phi the biggest rooms were for 4 people, both houses and room setups are fun and nice though, just a little different!

Based on house tours, the rooms were awesome in both. DG was super runned down on the inside, but still has lots of great people to make up for it. Theta didnt feel like a true sorority house because of the style.
