one last (unbiased) frat ranking, right before rus

#1 - Phi Kappa Psi - The undisputed top dogs. Best parties, great pledge class, most famous register on the row.
#2 - Sigma Chi - still hangs on to number two, even after a hard semester with their racism incident. Storied and strong, they have the best of the best when it comes to being a Cali-Orange County fraternity.
#3. Lambda Chi Alpha - Facey, with a great party setup in the atrium. Still more social club than frat. Academy was somewhat of a disappointment, but Lambda remains a top house.
#4. Tau Kappa Epsilon - A strong rise. Solid pledge class and arguably the best register of the semester -- Tropik Thunder was a hell of a party.
#5 - Sigma Nu - Right on the cusp of being elite -- like Lambda, their register was a bit of a disappointment, but a strong pledge class and great, frequent parties keep them above the pack.
#6 - Zeta Beta Tau - Good pledge class, but where ZBT really shines is their tailgates. Emergency had potential but lasted 20-30 mins, and they couldn't get a hoco date from SC which hurt.
#7 - Phi Delta Theta - Phi Delt comes in with a nice, new house and a good pledge class (with a few total All-Stars). Strong middle tier.
#8 - FIJI - Fiji surprisingly had a good semester. Good brotherhood and Icelander was lit.
#9/#10 - AEPi and Beta - AEPi was originally a killer house -- waiting to see how they will do in a semester of uncertainty. Beta is solid but nothing special.
Nothing wrong w the other houses, they're great dudes, just not as relevant

totally reasonable. the TKE/Lambda difference isn't a huge gap yet, but it should be hands down TKE by the summer.
