lambda chi

Sad but true my frat is slowly dying. I'm not going to give away my identity but I was a full member of Lambda Chi for more than a year after pledging (you know what I mean). I even tried to getting involved in the leadership and found out what most other members already know. Lambda is not a frat. We don't do anything like the other frats. There is no brotherhood and hardly any friendship either. Most guys are simply out for themselves. Get as much tail as you can from the dimwit girls that walk-in and that is about as good as it gets.
Most guys don't pay there dues and nobody bothers to even ask them to collect. If we do have an event, one of well healed duchebag members sponsors it out of his own pocket. This is one of the reasons our events are so sketchy party to party for the last few years. No consistency.
Bottom line is that if you are looking to joint a top frat, Lambda Chi is probably not the place anymore. I'm hopeful this changes in the future but I don't want others to make the same mistake I did.

True but Lambda is particularly bad when it comes to brotherhood. An apparent top tier rep with bottom tier brotherhood. People just need to know the truth.

Now im thinking that you are not the person I thought you were at first. Which means I know other lambdas who are saying the same things. It's sad, because I used to really like to go to your registers like Academy. Not so much anymore. Can alumni help fix your chapter before it dies?

Funny again for several reasons. One you mention alumni. We were told we have all sorts of famous, powerful and rich alumni. Reality is that our alumni are not players and most don't care either. There are a couple alumni with money but they never stop by, never answer the phone or give grads jobs and never drop a check for house. Most of them quit caring when we did away with pledging. A weak house with weak brotherhood develops weak alumni.
After I started this post the house leadership is out yelling at former members telling them to shut up on GR. The list of names they have to worry about is pretty long so they may or may not have already spoken with me. Notice again nobody comes on here to say I'm wrong.

Lambda could solve it's problems and stop slipping with a large group of the right kind of pledges. But the current culture attracts more of the same. So I don't know what the house should or could do to change.

This guy is a FAKE and I am certain none of the guys claiming to be LXA are really LXA and in fact they are certainly rejects from LXA and not given bids so they were relegated to lower tier houses. I can say that though experience that LXA has a strong, tight brotherhood..LXA is the most competive house to get a bid so if you are not the top of your game on looks, personality, coolness or athleticism you probably won't get a second look and have to settle for a lower tier house like I am sure these fakes posing as LXA are jealous and bitter.

WOW had to resurrect a thread from 4 years ago? to make you feel relavant...Must be a Phi Psi how does it feel to be a Geed and NEVER having a home at USC again?....if you have kids and they end up at USC they will probably have to join Phi Delt Sig Pi or another bottom tier house since Phi Psi will never be back at SC.

First of all you are not a LXA and obviously a jealous member of a lower tier house. Don't blame LXA for not offering you a bid because you peaked in Jr High, it's not our fault you ended up with a cratered face, a pear shapped body, and born with an extra small unit between your legs.
I can say with certainty when I rushed, LXA was my first choice of fraternities to get a bid from and I can say with certainty the vast vast majority of our members when accepting bids from LXA that LXA was their first choice as best fraternity at USC. I supposed if LXA did not offer me a bid and I had to settle for my 2nd, 5th, 20th choice I would have some resentment also. Since we are the top most sought after house at USC and have been so for a long long time we have by far the largest number of people rushing our house and because of space constraints we are the most selective of any house in giving out bids. We turn away far more people than we give bids too.
I KNOW you losers trying to pass yourselves as LXA are actually cast asides from LXA and you are bitter for not getting a bid. I am sorry that you had to settle for your 2nd, 6th, 20th choice. I am sure you fit right in with the rejects from LXA and all the houses ahead of you. For anyone viewing I am CERTAIN this not a LXA member but probably the same loser under different names even replying as someone else to his own post!.

Just to be fair to lambda, don't you think all the top frats are selfish and lacking brotherhood? At least to some extent.
