want to join a fraternity but ballin on a budget..

As a sophomore spring transfer I have been told that it may be tough getting a bid this late. If it helps i probably have to do another semester anyways because my previous liberal arts school courses dont exactly transfer entirely. If I do receive a bid what would my dues be? If anybody could be specific I would appreciate that.
