If we're being totally honest, it doesn't matter who the "top houses" are; when rushing, you should go where YOU feel comfortable. But if you want to play this game, these are the reputations around campus:

TOP- Kappa, DG, Theta, Pi Phi
MIDDLE - Alpha Phi, A D PI, Tri Delt, Gamma Phi
BOTTOM - AGD and AXO

That being said, I personally find that some of the top tier houses are catty and care way too much about looks, but that does not speak for every member in their house. Middle Tier houses are supposedly "leftovers" -- I would disagree. I think they are very sweet and know how to have fun.

I feel the top houses will talk too you if you try to make conversation with them. People are to afraid and go by mean girls rep about them.
