Maybe they should be below those two. You can't be the kind of house they are and have a decent rep. Maybe they will clean up their act?

Yeah I agree Pi Phi's main competition during rush is Tri Delt and vice versa...traditionally most girls pref those two houses.

there is definitely a different between ddd and adpi...adpi are more cutesy-flower crown type, whereas ddds are lax and almost bro

gphi is just not on either of those houses levels

personal opinion I think pi phi and a phi are equally ranked, if anything the girls in aphi are classier and friendlier...not much of a difference tho

tri delt tends to mix with higher frats than adpi and has better looking girls from an outside opinions. adpi girls are sweeter though for sure
