tke, zbt or sig nu

Hey guys,
I'm currently enrolled at USC and am considering rushing in the spring. So far, I have it narrowed down to TKE, ZBT, and Sig Nu. What are the reputations of these three frats and which of them have better parties, nicer guys, etc.?

Don't let other people encourage you to join other fraternities, do what feels right. I'm in a "top fraternity" (although I reluctantly use that because I don't like ranking houses) and I joined because I loved the guys and the atmosphere. Feel the house out and choose what you genuinely like. Also, some advice, pay attention to the guys rushing with you. You need to like them as well. Good luck.

I love how people in top houses say it doesn't matter what house you join. That's easy for someone in sigma chi, tke, or phi psi to say. Sometimes not joining is better than joining a weak and struggling house. I'm just saying.
