yet another fraternity ranking, without bias

The Elite:
Phi Psi -- Undisputed Top
Sigma Chi -- Probation has hurt them a lot, but they remain storied and facey enough to stay elite.
Lambda -- slipping it would seem, we'll wait to see if they can follow up an underwhelming fall with a stronger spring. Academy was a huge letdown.
TKE -- Tropik Thunder was a banger. They're not very well liked, but this is a good ranking for them.
The Upper Tier:
Sigma Nu -- facey pledge class, throw good amount of parties. There's just something missing thats keeping them from being a top house.
Phi Delt -- overachieved on their social semester this season. On the come up, we'll watch and see if its sustained in spring.
ZBT -- Excellent tailgates, okay parties. Great group of dudes. However, their register fell apart and they couldn't get a homecoming date from SC.
Fiji -- Icelander was solid, keep mostly off the radar. Good pledge class. Also couldn't get a homecoming date from USC which hurts.
The Middle:
Pi Kapp -- threw a couple of very good parties this year, but a mostly lowkey social semester.
Beta -- Being off the row really hurts them.
Pike -- their roof setup is pretty cool, but they're absolutely nothing special to write home about.
Sammy -- Sammy is Sammy. Their paint party (Sammy Warhol) was fun, but at the end of the day, they don't have the mettle to be an upper/top tier.
The Rest of them:
Everyone else.
RIP to AEPi -- the very top of the Upper middle tier has been gutted by their nationals. Dead and gone.

disagree. I think Sammy deserves that spot they've been really good this semester plus fire and ice was awful

the rankings here make me laugh. lambda is always "slipping", but never really does. TKE is "not very well liked" but top tier and threw a banger register. they are so not well liked that everyone showed up at their register? sigma nu can't break out of middle tier...maybe because lambda keeps "slipping" but never falls down. and everyone says phi sig is either irrelevant or low tier. how is phi sig not better than pi kapp, fiji, beta, and phi delt?

You are such liars. Everyone knows where phi sigs house is and it's very nice. I think it gets as much traffic as Fiji.

i don't think so...Icelander killed Glow, Phi Delt is over ranked in my opinion. They're cool guys but just not really relevant. ZBT and FIJI should switch though...zbt had no homecoming date but at least FIJI mixed with chapman DG
