personal question regarding health

Next year I'm probably going to USC. If I do, I will be getting a private room because I sleep with a CPAP. Should I explain to people during rush, why I have a private room?

I highly doubt that would come up in conversation. Saying you have a single might make them thing you're richer though...

I have to have a private room. My sleep machine makes too much noise for anyone to deal.
