real frat rankings

Hate all of these biased rankings on here. this is what's generally agreed upon on the row but of course everyone has their own preferences

Phi Psi, TKE/Sig Chi, Lambda
(TKE on par w Sig Chi after their little racial stunt and Lambda last of the top because they're slipping)
AEPi, Sig Nu/ZBT
(AEPi definitely only top of middle tier because of what's happening with their nationals, but we'll see if they'll maintain a decent spot after being suspended)
(Sig Nu and ZBT is more personal preference but I've never heard a girl talk bad about Sig Nu)
Phi Delt, Pi Kapp/Fiji Pike
(Phi Delt's got an edge over Pi Kapp and Fiji now - look at the pledge classes) (Pi Kapp vs. Fiji is also personal preference)

No idea who's after this but it's probably Beta, Phi Sig and Kappa Sig
