What house is considered better, lambda or tke? Not just the botherhood but reputation social status and connections afterwards?

both equal but TKE is on the RIse whereas Lambda is declining. Current ranks are: Phi Psi then Sigma Chi TKE and LXA equal. Both top houses but can see LXA going into Upper Middle by Fall 2016 whereas TKE will probably be fighting with Phi Psi for top tier by then.
