are you talking about cob or actual spring recruitment? most likely, all of the houses that didn't meet quota will do cob, but only a small handful of houses will do spring recruitment. the difference being that cob is a little more private and you have to be invited where are for spring recruitment the houses will post flyers and stuff

cob will probably be ADPi, Pi Phi, Tridelt, maybe GPhi depending on their drop rate
spring rush will be AGD and AXO most likely

At this point, Pi Phi has 85 members, none of which plan on dropping. They will not be taking anyone for spring
