Tri delt is the most social
Adpi is the most "nice girl" -- lots of philanthropy and studying
Gamma phi is the most down to earth and easy to talk to

So it just depends what you're into I guess?

I agree with this but just have one question. Why do people think AGD is better than AXO? I'm not saying they're not, I just don't really know enough about either house to understand.

It's because any time a new house joins a Greek system they don't take the bottom spot because it's already taken
It's also probably because more frats are willing to socialize with them
There are great girls in both houses I'm sure so it shouldn't be taken too seriously

I'm confused. I just looked at agd and achio's facebook, and the girls on the achio page are way hotter.

AXO girls aren't hotter. They are without a doubt bottom house/ their social calendar reflects that. I'd move gphi down with agd, keep axo/ sdt below that and then move pi phi above aphi

I'd bump theta down a tier, not a great PC and they're getting less and less desirable during rush every year. They're a top house by tradition only.

Agreed. Theta is still top, just not that high. If I were to do rankings, I would say:

Kappa/DG

Theta/APhi
Pi Phi

Tridelt/ADPi
Gamma Phi

AGD
AXO
