the bottom line on frats

Please stop loving in the past. This is 2015 NOT 2012! The frat rankings are different now so deal with it. Based on recent pledge classes...

Top: Phi Psi (still #1), Sigma Chi and TKE (TKE's PC arguably was best this year)
Upper Middle: LXA (used to be top now falling) AEPi (would be top but their shananigans have dulled them)
Middle: Sigma Nu, ZBT (moving up fast) Phi Delt
Rest: don't matter, if you are not in any of houses above you and I know it does not matter. Your social life is near nil

This is honestly one of the better, more accurate up to date ranks I've seen. I'd remove Phi Delt but top houses and middle is accurate based on latest rush results.
