is piphi a good house?

I am planning on participating in spring rush. I am a freshmen this year and from what I saw from formal rush not a lot of houses went by looks which was pleasing. I am interested in pi phi, and I wanted to ask you guys if thats a good choice when it comes to the house (physically), majority of the girls (not the ones who are said to be writing mean stuff on here), and sisterhood. Please keep any history, stereotypes, rumors, and rankings when it comes to popularity away. I just want an insider kind of, but no bashing or stuff like that, just honesty.

Top tier houses do not need to participate in spring rush. Your best bet is alpha phi...

Pi Phi has a full pledge class and will not participate in spring rush, along with kappa dg and theta. best bet to wait till next fall! good luck!
