The best part is the #4 Lambda atrium pic. I gotta say their members just don't look top tier anymore. Slipping just doesn't describe how far they have fallen.

-Lambda is still top tier, sorry if you think otherwise
-Switch Sig Nu and ZBT
-Beta was good before and off probation with a weak pc, Kappa Sig was fine before and off probation with a strong pc - these are the middle tier frats along with Sig Nu who is a step above them but still not quite upper middle due to a good but not great pc
Phi Delt probably not in the middle but who cares\n\n\n\n\n

Agree but Lambda might not be top tier anymore. Like really. Beta is okay and Kappa sig is doing very well. Just my two cents. Love all the frats I mentioned!

top houses got their top pledges. notable: tke did really well, great guys from all over. sigma chi typical, phi psi not as good as last year. lambda? what happened?

how phi delt keeps appearing in these rankings..............they are lower middle at best it's baffling how they get on here, though i think we all know who is posting these. pi kapp/kappa sig/pike/prob even fiji and phi sig are better than them - have you ever attended one of their registereds?? awful and the parties aren't much better. house is nice and the guys are fine, not really good looking and a lot of them are nice enough, but there's no way they're middle tier. sorry!
