If I rush will the girls in the houses base picking me off of material stuff such as how much my parents make a year, what town I live in, how much my house costs/ taxes, etc?

the chapters don't know any of that information (other than the town you're from). There are over 1000 girls going through recruitment, they don't have the time to look into all of that... don't worry and have fun with it
