phi and theta feud

I'm an incoming freshman, and I don't understand the feud between theta and pi phi ? What happened between them? Why do people not like pi phi, and generally which house is better?

It's really just a bunch of crap-slinging. No one cares this much off greekrank. Pi phi lives on here and Theta doesn't care about Pi Phi. A feud would need both parties to care. When it's only one that cares, it's jealousy.
