There is so much talk about rankings and Top Tier, Middle Tier, Bottom Tier. This house is top, that house used to be top, this house is on the rise, that house is falling. What makes a house top tier?

Rankings are pretty superficial. They're based on how wealthy, attractive, popular and socially active the house's members are, as well as how successful/rich the house's alumni are.

Nobody gives a s-hit about successful/rich alumni. The only frat that pushes that s-hit is TKE and it does nothing but hurt their credibility and prove the whole try-hard rep. Doesn't matter how many internet billionaire alumni you have TKE, you still suck.
