Theta confuses the hell out of everyone during rush. Girls who are STUNNING and thought they had a serious connection end up getting dropped. Meanwhile, the weirdest girls get invited back. Rude, condescending, unfriendly girls get invited back. Girls who end up in Kappa and DG are often dropped from Theta after CONVO DAY.

I have a theory that Theta makes a point to immediately drop girls they know will pick Kappa or DG on pref night over them. I think they do this so they can keep their return rate artificially high.

Just a little piece of info - neither Theta or Pi Phi is on these boards. Honestly, I don't even think DG is wasting time here. I have a feeling it's just the Kray Kray Girls. They're super upset about their 575 Productions pics going public and are going kray kray trying to make it go away. Can't stand the secret leaking out that 90% of their girls are kinda homely at best.
