best middle tier house?

i'm not aiming to join one of the top 5 houses (kappa, dg, theta, pi phi, alpha phi). i was wondering which middle tier house comes in at no. 6? or are they all around the same?

Why aim for any tier? Just aim for the house you love the most. Whether that's a "top" house or a "bottom" house or anywhere in between. If you don't care about the rankings, don't worry about it at all.

Don't cross Pi Phi off your list. They are now middle tier and seem to fit all your criteria.

A Phi, you should just be confident in your house instead of trying to lump yourself in with the other phony houses.
