still have a chance?

So last year I transferred to USC as a junior and was going to rush but as embarrassing as it is to admit I was too scared! :( I'm technically still a junior because I have to do an extra semester (maybe even an extra year) and was contemplating rushing this year. Do I still have a chance? Thanks!

You can try it, but honestly, your chances are very slim. All the houses only take a very few juniors (two or so for each house) because the house is making an investment in you, too. So they want freshmen, ideally, who will be around for four years, take leadership positions in the house, etc. If you're extremely beautiful and charming, you may do just fine. You may also be fine in houses that are trying to increase their numbers like AGD and SDT
