Not trying to sound superficial, but will not wearing make-up have an effect on the house's opinion of me?

If it affects the way you look, yes
It's not even superficial. More people will take you seriously if you look presentable. If you look great without makeup, it's fine. if not, it will impact any house's opinion of you

if you have blemishes that could be easily covered by makeup it might be good to wear it but if you don't need makeup to look polished then it won't hurt you. just wear the amount of makeup you would normally wear plus any amount you need to look put together.

Do what makes you comfortable! That said, most people look very polished with some makeup and it's totally manageable to throw on some tinted moisturizer and mascara. Certainly no need to go get it done, but I'd wear some. Also think about the fact that it'll be HOT (especially convo, where you'll be outside and walking the most) so don't wear anything that'll slip off your face. Worry about your hair more: messy hair makes a poor impression. As long as you look presentable, you're golden!
