Gamma Phi, Alpha Phi, ADPi, AGD in my experience and Theta to a certain extent (among the older members, I think, not so much the younger members)
There are certainly many down to earth girls in every house, but Kappa, DG, Tri Delt, AXO, Pi Phi don't really have that rep

I always thought DG and alpha phi went for similar types of girls... but DG isn't down to earth?

The person that keeps saying "interesting that pi phi is not mentioned" is just trying to get a rise out of people and idk why you guys keep biting, granted pi phi certainly are not your girls next door anyway
Alpha Phi, ADPi, and AGD are, from my experience, these types of girls

Theta is definitely split between these types of girls and super fake girls, with their more recent new mems leaning toward the latter

Theta down to earth? They are snobby and mean and no matter how much they try to hide it, everyone knows it. ADPi, Alpha Phi and Gamma Phi, sure, but Theta is the least down to earth house on the row.
