If you're really nice and have an outgoing personality any house will take you. If kappa likes you they'll take you, yes maybe they take rich girls but if you're outgoing and fit their house despite your financial status I'm sure you'll be in kappa and that goes for other houses too. If you don't fit their house, you won't be there and if you fit in kappa, rich pretty or not you'll be fine!! Stop worrying about top houses it's ridiculous
