Who gets to live in also varies from house to house; usually it's a combo of points (from attending events) and seniority. You could also ask about that during rush. Generally speaking if you want to live in and are a reasonably active member of your sorority you'll get your chance at some point. There are even some freshman who move into their house in their first spring semester, since a few spots open up from girls going abroad.

About 60-70 sounds right! It depends on how many of the rooms are singles, doubles, triples, or quads. Some houses have even bigger rooms! Girls are always looking for people to take their spaces when they go abroad, and some girls decide not to live in (sometimes when they're seniors) because they want to be in an apartment with their friends when they're not subjected to all of the rules of living in the house. I live in my house and I love it! So much fun living with your friends, would definitely recommend!

Kappa used to have the most space for girls but I think AGD might now? Their house is enormous. I think Theta has the least space but don't quote me on that.
