by: transferSo I don't really believe in tiers or ranks, I love the idea of sisterhood. But at the school I'm transferring from KKG is a bottom house, after I joined I heard it was bottom of the barrel, but if I transfer KKG is the only house I can be in since I've already been initiated. I'm not gonna lie, I was dropped by most houses during rush, but I think I'm pretty? I'm at least decent, idk about compared to USC women, (I go to a very academically driving school, so the emphasis isn't as much on looks). If I join KKG and I'm not up to the standards of their women, will they try to drop me or not be welcoming? Is it even worth joining if I'm gonna look like a total outcast?

They accept all transfers, whether or not those girls would've gotten into the house at USC or not. To not get accepted you would have to be incredibly mean to someone or break a rule before being accepted in. And the transfers generally make friends in the house really fast if they try. This is true not only of kappa but of ALL houses. Do not worry about it.
Kappa, DG and Theta (dont know about the rest) will even let a few transfers live in before they meet a single girl in the house. They save some spots for that. So calm down.
