I'm on panhellenic, and my friend just showed me this site so I wanted to let PNMs know that every house has pros and cons, and they should choose based off personality, not popularity! That being said, it is so sad to see so many houses on here trying to put down others. this is what I feel will happen in the fall:
kappa/ DG: will be hard to knock these girls down
theta/pi phi: Theta is holding on to its rep because of its long history. pi phi proved this year that they are capable of being a top house and nationally they are very strong so who knows! wouldn't be surprised if they surpass theta.
aphi/ adpi: alpha phi had a rough year. they needed 100 girls in the fall to reach quota and didn't get close. there's been many rumors flying around about them (cant confirm or deny). adpi did well, my friend on panhellenic told me they were the fourth least dropped house last fall (not sure if true but she's in adpi)
tri delt/ gphi: gamma phi is extremely underrated and got many girls that could fit in top houses. tridelt fell a bit, but wouldn't be surprised if they did great this rush and brought themselves up!
AGD/AXO: AGD possibly rising a bit, axo took a hard fall, but both have great girls
again, this is my OPINION based off facts. if you disagree, it doesn't matter! many girls in different houses are friends, all houses are great! just remember that rankings change EVERY YEAR. 30 years ago kappa was a lower middle house! anything is possible, so good luck during rush girls!

Just a guess: you're in ADPi. Why? Because everything around ADPi is false. ADPi was not the 4th least dropped sorority last semester. And panhellenic does not set different pledge class sizes for different houses. So they for sure didn't set 100 for Alpha Phi because that would screw over weaker rushing houses. What were the pledge classes this year? 70? Alpha Phi would magically get 30 extra girls? Why? These lies would only perpetuate rumors that would positively gain for ADPi. You aren't on panhellenic and should be ashamed for trying to effect the opinions of girls going through rush.
To all the girls rushing, go in with an open mind and find where you fit. Period.

obviously you don't know how quota or total works. quota is the same for every chapter. total is the same for every chapter. drop the know-it-all attitude because you have no idea what you're talking about.

Panhellenic sets quota, genius. And the panhellenic rush system sets the numbers for each pledge class.

almost - total is the same for every house, the amount of all the girls in the house.
Quota is on a PC basis depending on how many girls rush. Still the same for every house, but if a house makes quota but is still under total (say a lotta girls transferred out) then the can go over quota to meet total.

NO WOMAN ON PANHELLENIC WOULD POST ANYTHING LIKE THIS. Several of my own sisters and close friends in other chapters actually have served on panhel and I can't imagine any of those women posting anything like this. Anyone with genuine panhellenic spirit and love would never, ever rank houses or spread stereotypes.

Adding to '!!!', no one on panhellenic would ever rank or put anything on this website because their goal is retention for the WHOLE panhellenic community. if a house is "ranked" lower, then that can lower retention for them and hence the panhellenic community.

are you in a house? that's not quite how it works. Each house has to reach a certain quota which as far as I'm concerned is set by the house itself? (Not sure who sets it) Basically they want a certain amount of girls in the house so the size of the pledge class they need is the amount they need to reach the quota. For example, if their quota is 250 girls and they have 180, they need 70 girls in the pledge class. It's different for every house. Not confirming or denying the info on here just saying.
