Soo, what exactly defines a "Social Member", why do "real fraternities", not have them, and what can and\or can't they do?

There is another post on this, basically its giving a free pass to your frat's campus events. Why real frats don't do it is because its diminishing to your status as a top tier or good house. Not to mention its illegal lol

Basically only Lambda, AEpi and Sigma Chi offer them. No other respectable frat would even consider it.

You can go to invites, mixers and exchanges. You have to be a really high profile candidate to get it. Like the star of the football team or something. And if thats the case, you can normally get into the parties anyways.
