How hard is it to rush a sorority as a sophomore transfer?

Houses definitely prefer freshman, but they have a certain quota of sophomores and juniors that they need to fill, so its not hard. I got into a great house and it definitely helped to acclimate me into USC.

They have quotas and they are required to let girls in from every class

this. and the quota for freshmen and sophomores is pretty much equal. once you get up to being a junior, though, far lower chances. i think some houses only let in 2 or 3.
