how is spd here?

I'm in Sigma Phi Delta at another school and considering applying to USC for grad school. I don't see them ranked here so I was curious to see how the chapter is here.

Top house! They're taking Kappa to homecoming and throw the sickest parties. Last semester, Playboy sponsored their register (the infamous "Bunnies and Funnies" which has girls dressed like playboy bunnies and then they invite a bunch of SNL stars. Kenan Thompson went HAM last time!).

IM AN SPD, were close to top house maybe ranked 4th our of like 25 frats! come join us were having rush during the first week of August on 28th street! We get a lot of the sororities to come over cause were TOP HOUSE!

SPD is the best frat I think among all So Cal college fraternities, they throw crazy registers and the dudes are mad talented, smart and good looking. But super picky as a house
