phi psi/ tke/ sigma chi

So honestly between these 3 what are they looking for, persona wise from the guys that rush them? I've heard Phi Psi are usually looking for Frat Stars while TKE prefers just rich dudes? Just curious if anyone can give some insight

Phi Psi = Frat stars/ pretty boys/ cliched surfer boy appeal ( basically if you play Water Polo or swim)

TKE = Try hard, be really into Greek life and bro everything out

Sigma Chi = Be as California as you can

Can you handle the truth?

Sigma Chi - the try hards of yesteryear
Phi Psi - the try hards of the last decade
TKE - the try hards of today

The truth is they all had to try hard. But success is fleeting. Things change and sometimes you just can't try hard again.

The future?

Sigma Chi - fading slowly as their Orange County pipeline dries up
Phi Psi - there is nowhere to go but down
TKE - they want it bad and they are trying hard to get it

The Sage Says: TKE will become #1. Phi Psi will remain competitive. Sigma Chi will become SAE. What happens after that is anyones guess....
