This is hands down the most accurate rankings at this time.
Kappa/ DG always on top
Theta/ Pi Phi had great years
A Phi is slipping fast. Had to do COB and got the smallest pledge class on the dos
ADPi had a great year, solidified themselves above Tri delt
Tri delt is meh. Slipping but not fast
AGD had a great year as a new house. Lots of pretty, nice girls
AXO is the same as always but they're nice!
SDT chills and does their own thing

tbh i think its a little more like
kappa/dg (always neck in neck; matter of opinion really)
theta/pi phi (bad year for theta, great for pi phi. rush will determine everything)
alpha phi/adpi (again really bad year for alpha phi; things really changed for adpi)
tridelt/gphi (tridelt became irrelevant and uninvolved; gphi has stayed about the same)
alpha gam/axo (alpha gam doing better and better each year; axo kinda in limbo)

they're 2nd (and usually 2nd choice) but that's still good! we go to one of the hottest schools in the country. plus they attract different girls than kappa, just like pi phi and theta attract different girls. there is a personality that fits all of the houses.
