all these comments are seriously a joke and so obviously written by some butt hurt alpha phi girls. in no way is alpha phi on pi phi's level right now based on their last pledge class, and pi phi is pretty much equated with theta by basically everyone on the row. adpi had a really good year this year and that got them more attention then usual, and their pledge class is miles above tridelt so i see why they ranked them this high, its definitely feasible.

dg/kappa are interchangeable, it's preference
theta and pi phi honestly aren't so far off, the older thetas are holding it down right now, we'll see how that goes
adpi/a phi are closer than pi phi and a phi
tri delt slightly below them, lots of diversity
agd and gamma phi i think will be about equal, depending on how rush goes (gamma phi is getting a little sloppy)
sdt might get a house on the row? this would help them
