fraternity criteria

I'm an incoming student and wondering what the fraternity criteria is for the upper tier houses? Is it just how good looking and rich you are, or is personality important too? I'm also a legacy for Sigma Nu, but I hear they're just average here.

How are your plant and gnome stealing skills?

Do you know the difference between tropical and desert plantings?

We need more palm fronds and less cacti and succulents this go around.

If your good looking and rich you'll have no problems getting bids from Top Tier frats, if your not either than it sucks. Getting along with the actives is key, but most of it is the looks and socio-economic status.
