Yes I'm talking to you Phi Psi Lambda AEPi TKE and Sig at USC. You guys are NOT top frats in the relative scheme. You'd be a low ranked frat at any other college because USC greek system sucks!
Florida State Pike is a true Top House. Auburn KA is a true top house. U of W TKE is a true top house. If any of you morons were to see what a true top house is at a REAL Greek System you'd be embarrassed.

USC fraternity's pockets are way more deep than fraternities at any state schools, 3 times higher dues and much more alumni supper, and that money speaks. I'm fro Alabama, I've been to parties there, i know this, trust me if this was not the case I would have stayed in state for college

Wtf does $$$ have to do with strength of greek system??? By your analogy then Harvard, Princeton and even Harvey Mudd should have the strongest greek systems based on their $$$. But you know that is not the truth

According to the Definite Guide the #1 Frat in the US is Pike at FSU. The 2-27 ranked frats in the USA are all in states outside California - with most of them in South and Midwest. The 28th ranked frat in the US is at Berkeley. USC Lambda Chi which I think it's below Phi Psi is ranked 38th in the US. I agree with OP and so does the Definitive Guide.

Just looked it up. Sigma Chi at SC is ranked 158th and AEPi and TKE aren't here because it only lists top 200 ranked frats.

You are sooooo naive. USC Greek system is very weak. I highly suggest you check out a mid tier frat party at a school like FSU or Auburn or Michigan then and only then comment. And notice I said mid tier not even top tier. USC would be like a High School Senior trying to compete with Grad Students
