sorority comments

How important is it to have good grades? I know it's huge at many other schools but since USC is already such a good school wouldn't pretty much everyone be well qualified academically?

how can you say anyone self ranks more than DG with 1081 ranks????

Every sorority has a minimum GPA cutoff - it shouldn't really affect freshmen seeing as everybody who gets into SC has very good grades, it would more be an issue for a sophomore or junior rushing if they didn't have a good GPA at SC

Most of DGs comments are others jealously bashing the house. The best always takes the heat.

If I'm a legacy to one of the not so great sororities here should I still list it? Even if I don't plan on joining them? Would it hurt me with better sororities that I'm more interested it?

First of all, you should not be looking at the board if you truly are a PNM. The comments posted on this board are spiteful, vindictive, and very rarely portray a house accurately.

Secondly, WAIT for formal recruitment to actually begin before you start making decisions. Just because a house isn't considered a 'top 4' house doesn't mean you can't get the same type of experience in any other house. Every house at USC has something to offer, and they ALL have great sisterhoods anyone would be lucky to join.

So stay away from this board and wait for a few more weeks for recruitment to actually start and then you can start making your decisions.

Looks like somebody is trying to cause drama by giving all houses straight 1's except ADPI. As somebody previously mentioned, don't take the bait- somebody's just really bored and needs to be amused.
