um hello I rated kappa all 5's. they are a top house. i don't really like them, but i know that it's true. you, theta, are pathetic, mediocre, desperate, and so willing to find reasons why nobody likes you without looking internally

the only comment on kappa in the last hour is one where the commenter claims to be a kappa. now below you say you don't really like kappa but just gave them all 5's. Proof that even kappa doesnt like kappa.

because i am not a kappa, and i wasn't the ranker on their page from an hour ago...because i'm not a kappa. are you sure you're at the right university?

Kappas are angry because their house has been declining for several years on the national level. They are no longer sought after and because of this, they will attack and gossip about anyone and everyone who is sweeter, prettier and more fun than they are. Kappa sisterhood could be the weakest in the entire Greek system.

Its obvious on this board that Thetas and Alpha Phis are the ones bashing the other houses nonstop in order to move themselves up. If its not them then its someone trying to start drama for their own amusement.

Pretty close BUT, imo, Theta has moved down, Pi Phi hasn't moved up since declining, and Alpha Phi hasn't improved but is still at the stagnant level that is tied with Pi Phi. It's commonly accepted Theta>Pi Phi>APhi but they're basically on the same level but varying based on personal preference. Of course DG/Kappa are duking it out for #1 and #2.

Tridelt I don't see declining (definitely not in a "downfall"), but ADPi is tied with them too. Gamma Phi is declining, and SDT is definitely better than AXO, improving even with a house somewhere west of Hoover. So Gamma Phi>SDT> AXO for now.

The "moderator" is a lie. There is a site moderator whose job it is to delete useless/spam rankings, but he/she DOES NOT POST RANKINGS. Anyone posting straight ones or straight fives on any given house's page is an individual, free agent, whatever. He/she might be hiding and pretending to be a moderator, but he/she is not the moderator.

The moderator does not care which houses are ranked where, just that the site continues to function smoothly and with as little spam as possible.
