wow your tiers are messed up. IMHO since there are 9 sororities rushing this year, this is the way I see it:
Top-DG, Kappa, Theta (in any order)
Middle-Pi Phi, APhi, Adpi (w/ PiPhi def first)
Bottom-Gpb, Axo, Sdt.

OOPS. Sorry I should NOT have included Sdt below since they're not rushing. IMHO this is the way I see it:

Lets try telling the truth:

The undeniable truth. Pi Phi rushed very well and are on a roll. Based on their last PC, not a middle house, or even close. Theta rushed not so great but are still a top house. GPhi, I think is between the middle and the bottom. Rush will be very interesting this year. Obviously posters here are being dishonest and pushing their own personal agendas.

Based on last year's rush and current standings this is the most accurate.

DG, Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta

Alpha Phi

ADPi, Gamma Phi

Tridelt, AXO

The top 4 will be carefully watched as always, to see who has the "best" rush. Last year, some said it was DG and Pi Phi. It could be different this year. It usually is different each year. Word is out they will all do well, but some will do better than others. That's rush.

Here's the most accurate ranking:

Top: DG, Kappa, Theta
Upper middle: Pi Phi, APhi
Middle tier: ADPi, Tridelt
Low: Gamma Phi, SigDelt, AChio

It changes every year and seems to alternate as to who gets the most girls they want. Last year it was DG PiPhi, the year before it was Kappa for sure. Seems like there's a pattern with the top 4 where they do great one year and not as great the next. But the top 4 do get most of the hot girls between them, and all get a handful of the hottest. So yeah I think this will be a Kappa Theta year judging from history.

hmm, idk if tridelt is down to AXO level. they have quality upperclassmen...BUT, we'll see what direction they go in with next year's rush.

theta has slipped slightly in past years, pi phi has risen slightly in past years so that's why they're only slightly below dg and kappa in my book, two houses that are always consistently up there

since tiers and rankings can be a little difficult, here's what i would rank each house on a scale of 1-10, based on classiness, involvement, popularity, looks, and fun. not scientific at all, but just to show the differences between tiers and stuff

Theta 8.5

I especially disagreed with your placement of Tri Delt. I think they had another TERRIBLE year and don't deserve to be as high as you rated them.
