sorority comments

is it just me, or does pi phi and alpha phi BOTH have cuter girls than theta? and just about the same amount of events with top fraternities, and so on...? like everyone got too caught up in defending pi phi or alpha phi that nobody noticed theta slipped

(I asked the below question) and i don't have an "agenda" in asking. i'm in neither of those 3 houses. but i'm seriously wondering if anybody else agrees...

Theta is surviving on an old reputation and old relations.

I feel like they have a lot of "kitchen" girls during rush. Maybe not literally in the kitchen, but they prioritize their girls who were former hot ticket PNMs with the incoming hot ticket PNMs, putting all their energy into getting them, while the remaining 90% it's all up in the air...

theta is not a top house anymore and thats the truth. its just reputation but, i'm sorry to say, that you are now middle tier

hmm...i see where you're going with that, but it's too much of a stretch. theta, pi phi, and alpha phi are much closer than the three of them are to dg/kappa. and the three of them are closer together than theta is to tridelt/adpi.

i'd go:

theta/pi phi/alpha phi

tridelt/adpi

gamma phi/sdt
