Theta goes down closer to Pi Phi, a handful of hot legacies, or just not hot enough for Kappa/DG
Pi Phi stays at #4, gets their OC-by-way-of-Coachella girls

Alpha Phi stays the same at #5

ADPi passes Tridelt, but attracts the best of the cute non-top 4 girls, doesn't go for the top 4 girls

Tridelt goes down below ADPi, but attracts the girls who missed out on top 4 so of course still middle tier (crossed preffed Pi Phi/Alpha Phi/Theta but got ranked low on the list)
SigDelt equals Tridelt, but smaller numbers, will improve (in comparison to FR '09 especially)

Gamma Phi goes down to just slightly above AXO, just has more numbers

If the Kappa-DG war was not so pathetically sad it would be more entertaining. No class at all, that applies to both houses.

TOP
Kappa/DG keep fighting it out for the top. They'll stay tied at 1st. This silly Greek Rank fight can continue but both got the strongest PC's.
Theta will stay about the same, in 2rd. May be dropping a little because this years PC wasn't as good in the classy/pretty way Theta usually is. The last of the top tier and slipping slowly.

UPPER
Pi Phi will drop, and already has... but not terribly. Their last PC's just aren't as good, and with the AMAZING older girls they used to have (when it was basically top) graduating, their less fortunate younger girls will be rushing. Still an awesome, chiller house - liking. I put them at 3rd because they're still a bit better than A Phi
Alpha Phi will do a little better - not quite equal to Pi Phi yet but POSSIBLY in the future, and for sure above Tridelt/ADP's tier, so I put them as 4th. Their less desirable girls from older, lower ranked times will be graduating and their better younger girls will rush

MIDDLE
Tridelt - ok, so their PC wasn't awesome this year. There's some cool girls. They're all around prettier than ADPi and don't have those few freaks that ADPi does
ADPi will do a little better. The middle tier is getting stronger, but I don't think they're past TriDelt yet. But def out of the bottom tier now, and may possibly pass TriDelt sometime in the future, just not QUITE yet.

BOTTOM
G Phi will be the top of the bottom, almost middle. They just have so many prettier and nicer/normal girls than AXO that they will never be the ULTIMATE bottom. They are nice and fun and don't deserve all the hate.
SDT - I honestly have no idea. Everyone says they're getting better, but girls may be turned off by the non-traditionalness. Others might be into it. The most up in the air for me.
AXO is still the bottom. But still nice and very down-to-earth and a wonderful place for some girls.

DG/Kappa: the hot, popular girls
Theta: the well-bred girls who network
Pi Phi: the pretty, chill girls
Alpha Phi: the ambitious, sporty girls
Tridelt: the smart, funny girls
ADPi: the cute, sweet girls
Gamma Phi: the enthusiastic girly-girls
SigDelt: the enterprising, poised girls
AXO: the unyielding, united girls

I think you summed up the girls in each house quite well. Potential new members, if you're on here 1. please leave, being on here doesn't do anyone any good (other than ego stroking/outrage at what people say about us for those of us already in houses) and 2. don't get a bad impression of USC Greeks from this site?yes there is cattyness, but most of the women I've met in the Greek system are wonderful people. Choose the house where you love the girls, because at the end of the day, if you don't love your sisters, you're up a creek with no canoe.

Kappa/DG --they stand at the top

Theta--top house but separate from Kappa/DG for many reasons

Pi Phi/APhi--The first being better with APhi improving. Both upper tier houses and greatly sought after

Tridelt/ADPi--Tridelt being better but ADPi on the rise. Both houses have great girls. Both are solid middle tier houses.

Gamma Phi/SDT--the first has dropped from its previous ranking but still a great house with amazing girls. SDT has made a significant improvement and are on the rise. Both lower tier houses for now.

Achio- Separate from the above because they have a different quality of girls in their house than the rest. Good sisterhood. The longest standing bottom house.

That said ranks do matter to a point but choose the houses based on their sisterhood and potential. Pick where you'll be happy. Every house has amazing girls, every house mixes with frats and every house is an amazing experience for most.

I absolutely agree. Lots of interesting changes since the past year or two, and looks like a lot will be decided or cemented this fall. Good luck in particular to the middle/lower tier, because it looks like a lot of change will be going on, but the houses that deserve it will improve.

I agree too. Probably the most honest and concise ratings I've seen.
