1 Kappa become the #1 but become even more (the most?) disliked
2 DG will be #2 but with "nicer", more well-liked girls compared to Kappa
3? Theta always varies depending on if they have a crop of legacies coming in or not
4/5 Alpha Phi will have strong freshmen, sophomores, and pretty good juniors, meh seniors
4/5 Pi Phi will have weak freshmen, ok sophomores, pretty good juniors, strong seniors...so will slightly lose out to Alpha Phi. But they will both be upper middle tier.
6/7 I'm not sure about ADPi v Tridelt but they're definitely the closest competition
8/9 Sigdelt will move up to Gamma Phi's level, I think Gamma Phis less liked but Sigdelt has smaller numbers so therefore has the same rank

BUT pi phi is still an upper tier house, i think you're getting confused. no one is saying pi phi SUCKS their just saying they aren't AS good (once was the top house), and they are only slightly better than an improving a phi that ha also been doing really well. there is top 3 now, and pi phi and a phi are very good upper tier houses.
