I agree, except Pi Phi and Alpha Phi share the Upper tier place. Tridelt and ADPi are the middle. Putting all 4 in the same tier doesn't show enough of a difference between Pi Phi and A Phi and Tridlet/ADPi.

Kappa/DG (kappa is more elitist and has a hotter pc, but dg is more well-liked)
Theta

Pi Phi/Aphi (pi phi has better looking girls as of now since their seniors havent graduated yet, but aphi is more well-liked)

Tridelt
ADPi

Gamma Phi

AXO/SDT (only difference is SDT is smaller, but has more potential for improvement)

I agree with everything except Kappa is the top house and the last. I don't see SDT on the same level as AXO. I see them above and more like a smaller Gamma Phi. B

Theta belongs solidly in Tier 2 or a top house depending on who you ask, AXO definitely the bottom house
