Agree except Alpha Phi is not above Pi Phi. Pi Phi is slightly better but that might change next year. ADPi is clearly above Gamma Phi (which has been the house to slip the most). SDT to me is equal/a smaller version of gamma phi this year to me.

Tier 1:
I think next year will shape up like this
Kappa-the top house
DG-another top house but Kappa will again sweep

Theta-still will be considered top but not on the sane qualities or grounds as Kappa or DG
Tier 2:
Alpha Phi-will overtake the top upper tier spot due to stronger pledge classes doing recruitment
Pi Phi-will slip past Alpha Phi due to their weaker pledge classes doing recruitment
Tier 3:
ADPi/Tridelt will be put in the same spot were Pi Phi and Aphi were this year (equal/one is slightly better) but I could see ADPi taking Tridelts old spot as tridelt begins to slip.
Tier 4:
Gamma Phi-will continue to slip their last solid pledge class will be graduating this year
SDT-will continue to improve even though they dont have a house on the row. They will surpass Gamma Phi and take their spot.
Bottom:
AXO-IDK what to say about this house they have nice girls but just cant seem to improve

Agree except I consider Pi Phi/APhi the same. One being slightly better than the other. Also, GammaPhi/SDT consider them the same only one being double in size. AXO is bottom for sure.
